Warrigal Creek is a creek and area in Victoria, Australia.

Warrigal Creek massacre

In July 1843 Ronald Macallister was killed by Aboriginies near Port Albert. To avenge his death a party of whites lead by a rich squatter lead the attck. It is thought that over 60 people were killed in this action. After an escalation of killing between settlers and Aborigines an uncertain number of Aborigines were killed at Warrigal Creek, one of the Gippsland massacres.
