Brain fog is when a person is less aware of their surroundings then normal. They do not notice the passage of time as much. They have trouble focusing on anything.
- Sugar, alcohol, and starch have been proven to increase growth of bad bacteria, and cause brain fog.
- Some medications have this affect on certain people.
- If you have a bacteria overgrowth then you will carve and binge consume what the bacteria wants, be it things with sugar, alcohol, or starch. If these things are in the house, you are unlikely to be able to help yourself, you will eat them. Have to focus on not buying them to begin with.
- If it is caused by a medication, then of course stop taking it. Ask the doctor for something else.
